The Movement for a Microplastic-Free Future is an industry-led initiative created to advance science-based understanding, foster strategic collaboration, and accelerate the practical solutions needed to drive that change.

No single company, technology, or policy can solve this challenge alone. Progress depends on leaders across materials, markets, science, and policy working toward a shared purpose.

Strengthen the science and shared understanding of persistent microplastics, exposure, material persistence, and practical solutions.

Foster alignment.

Connect industry, science, and policy leaders around shared priorities and opportunities for meaningful action.

Accelerate transition.

Move from understanding to action through innovation, policy, and market adoption, while building awareness around the need for a fourth R: Replace.

Where practical alternatives exist, replace. Where better options are needed, innovate.
